SUMMARY:CBCCoM Drive to Big Sur - New Date
DESCRIPTION:Resceduled from last year’s Rainout  \nWagon Master: Marie Wiens\n  \nOur last drive of the 2025 season was to be be November 15th. We would have driven down Hwy 1 to the turnaround and then back up to Fernwood Resort\, at 47200 Hwy 1\, Big Sur.\n \n \nAs usual we will depart from Starbucks in the Crossroads. The departure time will be 10:00am. Meet up at 9:30am. \n \nThe schedule for the day is:\n \n10:00 am departure from Starbucks with a stop at the Turn Around for pictures. We’ll then drive back to Julie Pfeiffer Burns State Park. You can visit  the restroom and/or take the amazing hike out to the Falls. The hike is not long and is easy.m (Now that Highway 1 is open\, we may go a little further)\n \nThe plan is to depart the park around 11:20 – 11:30 at the latest. The last stop will be the Fernwood Resort for lunch. They have a diverse menu\, but are known for their amazing pizzas. \n \nAfter lunch\, you may return at your leisure.\n  \n\nThis is one of my favorites and weather permitting the views are amazing. SUMMARY:EVENT OF THE YEAR! - Paso Robles and Sensorio Overnight Trip Getaway Drive and Hotel Resort Stay
DESCRIPTION:Travel South to Paso Robles and stay at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort\, have a great dinner in the hotel’s internal plaza \n \nDrive through the Paso Hills surrounded by vineyards to lunch at Calcareous winery with its’ wonderful views the next day.  \n \nThat evening see the amazing Sensorio Light Show on the last night of the trip. \nHopefully Highway 1 from Cambria to Monterey will be open for our route back! \nThis event will be  held in conjunction with the Pebble Beach Sports Car Club. \n \nTentative Itinerary: \nWednesday – October 22 – Leave the Monterey area in 2 caravans – First Caravan to be led by Steve Kellogg – River Road Jolon Road to Naciemento Reservoir for Lunch and then to the Allegretto Hotel. SUMMARY:Pebble Beach British Experience and Monterey British Car Show
DESCRIPTION:The second annual Monterey British is coming up Monday\, August 11th\, 2025\, at the same location in beautiful Carmel Valley. Registration will open Saturday\, February 1st through www.jags.org \n  \nThis year we will be asking for your mailing address so we can send your field pass (a static cling decal you’ll attach to your windshield).  We won’t be sharing that information with anyone as I hate spam just as much\, if not more than you!  \n  \nSome of the fun you can look forward to will be awards for each marque present with a category of at least four cars. Also\, Monday is a dark day at Laguna Seca so we are hoping to have a special visit with some of the Del Monte Trophy Racers. Additionally\, we are working with Jerome’s Market for a special pick up a picnic to go option. Stay tuned for more information and fun announcements as we get closer.  \n  \nSunday\, August 10th we are offering a special day in Pebble Beach with rolling photos and lunch at a private\, special location.  Registration also opens February 1st for the “Pebble Beach British” through www.jags.org \n \nWe are extremely excited to be returning British events to Car Week and look forward to celebrating with you!  \n  \nAs always\, please feel free to reach out at any time with any questions and yes\, please tell all your friends about our British weekend\, but only after you’ve claimed your spot first 😉  \n
